Warehousing
The company's five distribution centres provide 1.6m ft2 of storage space, including covered offloading and reception for rail freight in Cambridgeshire, on Merseyside and in Yorkshire. We can provide dedicated, cost-effective and bespoke facilities or shared user warehousing services.
Each location is fully equipped to handle most packaged or bulk configurations, including palletised and block-stacked goods, parcels, boxes and cartons, drums, paper reels, ISO containers and bulk materials.
Specialist centres
The Group's West Midlands, Merseyside and Yorkshire distribution centres specialise in chemical and hazardous product storage and distribution, with fully equipped warehouse facilities including sprinklers and specially modified handling equipment. These locations operate to top tier COMAH and BASIS standards.
The Yorkshire centre in Selby includes extensive food warehousing, while the centres in Cambridgeshire and Ripon (Yorkshire) handle bulk products to TASSC standards.
All five distribution centres operate to the Group standard ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and to UKWA and FTA conditions.
