We will plan our business management systems and processes to identify and satisfy the requirements of our customers and all statutory and regulatory requirements that apply to our operations.
We will use our management system to support the achievement of our business objectives for improved profitability, cash flow, customer satisfaction and retention. To achieve these, a series of business quality objectives have been established relating to health and safety, finance, operations, the environment and our employees. These objectives will be reviewed annually.
