Paper

The Potter Group’s three inland rail connected distribution centres in the North, the North West and South East are all equipped with specialist equipment to unload, handle and store paper products safely and efficiently. The Group currently handles paper imports from Sweden, Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland and the three centres have around 65,000m² (700,000ft²) of storage space.

The Group has invested in specialised paper handling equipment including JCB Teletrucks, Swedish Semax fork lift trucks, and LPG powered lift trucks fitted with paper clamps.

Paper stocks are stored on pallets or block-stacked, readily accessible for fast delivery to printers and publishers, who routinely expect to call off materials at short notice.
