Joining forces with Mersey Partnership

Potter Group Logistics has joined the Mersey Partnership to promote 36 acres of development land at the Knowsley Industrial Park site. It currently operates a 165,000ft² multi-user warehouse and rail connected distribution centre on the site and recently agreed to allocate two acres for a new Merseyside Recycling Centre.

Conveniently located close to the Port of Liverpool, within easy reach of the motorway network and with an established rail freight connection, the site offers an excellent location for small to medium companies in distribution, services and manufacturing looking to set up or expand their operations.

Working closely with the Partnership and nine other companies, Potter Group Logistics will be taking an active role in marketing the region, its services and economic advantages.

Since 1993 The Mersey Partnership has been at the heart of the regeneration of Merseyside, providing the Liverpool City Region with one body to speak on its behalf, acting increasingly as the catalyst for change and pressing home the Merseyside advantage as a location for inward investment.

It represents over 500 businesses including manufacturing and trading companies, six local authorities, government agencies, universities, media organisations, professional agencies, tourism and conference businesses with the strategic goal to encourage economic growth in the Liverpool City Region.
