Potter Group seals the deal for 'green' floor tile sealant distribution
The Potter Group has been selected to handle the import and distribution of a range of environmentally friendly stone and tile sealants. Aqua Mix Inc manufactures products which are non toxic and non flammable, and are widely used by both DIY enthusiasts and professionals in the USA, with growing demand in the UK.Pallets will arrive in ISO containers and will be taken to Potter Group's nearby Knowsley Distribution centre for storage. Group staff will pick and pack orders destined for the leading tile wholesalers, builders' merchants and major DIY outlets, with transport supplied by one of the Group's specialist partners.
While only requiring lower level COMAH facilities, Aqua Mix management was impressed by the standards in operation in the Centre in line with top tier COMAH status and the Potter Group's extensive experience in handling chemicals and building products.
Knowsley will initially store around 100 pallets of Aqua Mix products, and being located close to the company's UK head office, will provide additional support for payments and other administrative activities.
