Former YTS employee promoted to Selby Operations Manager

Eight years after joining the Selby centre under the Youth Training Scheme, Hayley Nicholson has been promoted from Customer Services Manager to the position of Selby Operations Manager. Her new appointment reflects both her job performance and the efforts she has put into developing her skills through training courses including NEBS, Tera Management and presentation, and Dale Carnegie workshops.

Her appointment is the most recent of three internal promotions in the past few months, underlining The Potter Group’s policy of developing its business through internal promotions wherever possible.
