Potter Group shows appreciation for staff with cash-saving benefits scheme
Road and rail logistics service provider The Potter Group has signed up to generous staff benefit schemes that could save individual employees thousand of pounds annually. The MyChoices programme from Combined Benefit Services offers significant savings from leading high street names and top retailers on anything from the weekly shop and CDs to leisure activities and holidays. A deal with Busy Bee will provide discounted child care vouchers and staff can get dental and other medical care at reduced rates from Health Plan provider HSA.
Mellina Crookall, Group HR manager, commented: "In a labour-intensive service business such as ours, we depend totally on the hard work, quality and commitment of our staff to look after our clients. These schemes are a way of rewarding their loyalty in a tangible way with benefits that they can appreciate in their everyday life".
